We invite non-profits to partner with us in exploring funding opportunities to invest in the most pressing needs of our community.

To be considered for a discretionary grant, your organization must serve the people of Clark County Ohio, be a tax-exempt non-profit with a 501(c)(3) status from the IRS and have a governing board.  The Foundation does not fund individuals, churches, legislative action groups, annual fundraising campaigns, scholarships, fraternal groups or political groups and issues.  For further information please refer to the Guidelines section.
